Nutellamisú, Tiramisú Con Nutella

Preparation:

Separate the egg whites from the yolks.

Beat the egg whites until stiff. Reserve.

Whisk the yolks with the sugar. Add the mascarpone and whisk again.

Carefully add the egg whites.

Heat the milk with 1 tbsp of Nutella.

Dip the biscuits 1 at a time in the warm milk and arrange a layer in the dish.

Pour in half of the mascarpone mixture.

A row of biscuits soaked in Nutella milk.

Mix the remaining milk with the remaining nutella and divide into the dish. Add milk if necessary so that the mixture is thinner.

Pour in the other half of the mascarpone mixture.

Refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight.

Sprinkle with unsweetened cocoa before serving.
